The status is unquestionably weak.
However, when I thought about using it in his Magikey, which started with Deskbot 003, it did a pretty good job.
First of all, since he is a WIND Normal Monster, he becomes a material for destroying WIND monsters with the effect of 《Magikey Dragon - Andrabime》.
《Baronne de Fleur》, 《Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds》, 《Floowandereeze & Empen》, etc.
Especially against Floowandereeze, it is great to be able to blow away the barrier statue and pen at once.
Up to this point, he can use any WIND Normal Monster, but the most important thing is that he can use Small World to search for Deskbot 003.
Since DEF is 500, Small World → 《Maginificent Magikey Mafteal》, 《Magikey Mechmusket - Batosbuster》, etc. → 《Flying Fish》→ Deskbot 003.
Among the cards that meet the above two points of "WIND Level 4 Normal Monster" and "003 can be searched", there is also 《Cyber Falcon》, but since that card cannot be searched by Batosbuster, it is better for us.
If you're using a small world and value search more, it's worth prioritizing over 《Phantom Gryphon》.

The characteristics are that he is still the only WIND in vanilla Fish, and that he is level 4 even though his ability value is on par with level 2 even in the first term.
